September 10th, 2018 will be a day that Big Sexy Brewing will never forget. We welcomed Dan Rafferty as our new Head Brewer. Dan came to us via the super popular local brewery, Track 7. It took us over 3 months and over 60 applicants from some of the nation's top brewers before Dan actually found us. Dan has the best of both worlds when it comes to brewing. Not only is he technical which makes a huge difference when it comes to consistent beers, he is super creative. Creating craft beer is an art form and Dan is truly and artist. We are so humbled by this opportunity to share his beer with the world!
