We feel that a huge part of the craft beer movement has been fueled by consumer education of different beer styles. In order to be able to effectively educate the public we have educational taproom staff meetings once a month. These aren't your normal type of meetings. Obviously, the best part of the brewery business is the fact that every meeting starts with beer! Our taproom staff assembled for a collaboration meeting with our Head Brewer Dan to figure out a beer they wanted to not only learn about but to help brew! The team chose a brown ale. This won't be your average brown ale tho. After trying multiple beers of the style the team pooled up their awesome creativity and came up with an oatmeal and cinnamon brown ale which will be released just in time for Thanksgiving!
